Grab a bench, chair or whatever that’s low enough to the ground, also a weight which is optional. For a challenge add a dumb bell in between your feet! These are a lot harder then they look but very effective?????? Front squats on smith???? Do 4 sets with legs apart and legs together! Great burn for your quads???????????? Combine these with some jump squats and I promise you will be thanking me later! I typically train back and biceps together.. Doing 5 back and 3-4 bicep workouts. I’ve recently been increasing my weight and feeling more lean and stronger. Remember diet is still key if you want to lean out and have more “definition”. Your diet needs to be on point?? I love doing these cable exercises. Really engage your back and squeeze as you are “swallowing” your spine. Beach Booty Pump???????? Ladies, if I can do it.. So can you! Yes it is possible to grow your booty. It’s takes a lot of dedication, hard work, eating eating And more eating, lifting heavy and training legs and glutes regularly!! I train legs 3x a week and incorporate exercises for glutes, hamstrings, and quads for all 3 days. I’m pretty proud of my booty progress over the last 2 years ???? It was just a personal goal of mine to grow #DatBooty???? For me, this is a very realistic timeframe to build and grow fuller and stronger glutes, quads and hammies. There is no easy quick fix or overnight pill to grow a ginormous booty unless you get it surgically enhanced?????? This takes lots of dedication, hard work, sweat and tears and it’s still a work in progress. Everyone is different.. But for me I simply had a perfect combination of weight training 6-7 days a week, including training legs 3 times a week and also a healthy, well balanced diet. I also did a couple mini bulking/growing phases where I cut out all cardio and increased my daily calories and yes included a couple cheat meals a week??????Diet is key and very important! Ladies you will not build fuller glutes with eating only 300 calories a day!
